At Wharf Annex,  we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure everyone's safety and satisfaction, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules:

No Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted inside the property or on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for all guests.

Pet Policy:

We welcome one small dog to join your stay at Wharf Annex. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet, and ensure they are well-behaved and kept off the furniture.

Noise Levels:

Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during late evenings and early mornings, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.  

Respect for Property:

Please treat our accommodation and amenities with care and respect. Any damages or breakages should be reported to us immediately.

Parking:

Parking is available for up to three cars in front of the property. Please use designated parking spaces and avoid blocking access to other vehicles.

Electric Vehicle Charging:

If using the electric vehicle charging point, please ensure it is available for other guests as well.

Key Return:

Upon check-out, please return the key to the key safe.

Guest Limit:

The maximum occupancy of Wharf Annex is two guests. Please refrain from inviting additional guests without prior approval.

Check-out Procedure:

Check-out time is 10am,  We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition and dispose of any rubbish before departing.
